We have outlined our transfer policy to give clients a clear understanding of our free website transfer service.

• Service Limitations: Our transfer service is free but comes without guarantees. Transfers may take 24-72 hours depending on current workloads. The free service is limited to new accounts or account upgrades and includes up to two website transfers. For additional website transfers, fees may apply. Please contact us for more information.
• Transfer Verification: While we aim for successful transfers, we can’t foresee all website requirements. We recommend having your developer or webmaster verify the transfer. It’s ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure everything is correct before updating the DNS.
• Transfer Limitations: Large account migrations (over 5GB) can be challenging. We may not be able to transfer sites larger than 5GB unless root access to your server is provided.
• Additional Fees: Manual migrations from web hosts with different control panels may incur additional fees. Please contact support for questions about your migration.
